A data-driven end-to-end project focused on understanding and predicting customer churn in the telecom sector. Leveraged SQL for data extraction and preprocessing, Python for exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and building machine learning models to predict churn likelihood. Developed interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize customer behavior, key churn indicators, and business-impact metrics — enabling actionable insights for retention strategies.

Customer Banking Behavior
& Risk Analysis
This project delivers a comprehensive analysis of customer banking data using SQL, Python, and Power BI. It focuses on understanding customer behavior, identifying spending patterns, and assessing financial risk through data-driven insights. SQL was used for data querying and cleaning, Python for exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling, and Power BI to build interactive dashboards that visualize customer segmentation, credit risk indicators, and overall financial health.
